A Registration Form must be completed in full and signed before a place at nursery can be considered. The form can be edited in Word or Pages and sent back to us or you can download and print a pdf copy. The registration form must be accompanied by a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions document. Please print out two copies of the Terms and Conditions form, sign both and keep one for your records. Please also familiarise yourself with our Privacy Notice . Please note that a place at nursery cannot be reserved until the Administration Charge has been paid.

NURSERY VISITS Nursery visits take place at 10.30am Tuesdays - Fridays. The visit consists of an informative walkthrough of indoor and outdoor areas and the chance for you to ask any questions you might have. Please contact us to book a visit.
CURRENT AVAILABILITY Age 0-2: Limited spaces available from September 2024. Spaces available from November 2024. Age 2-3: Limited spaces available from September 2024 for children who turn 2 after August 2024. Age 3-5: Spaces available from September 2024 - April 2025. Spaces available again from September 2025. However, as numbers regularly change you are very welcome to join our waiting list as the days you want might suddenly become free.
WAITING LIST TIPS We regularly go through our waiting list to try to offer as many places as possible. The most popular days are, by far, Tuesdays and Thursdays followed by Wednesdays so the waiting list for these days can be longer. If you are able to be flexible to start with on the days your child attends, we will be able to fit you in sooner. Once your child has started at Kingsmead you will be on our internal priority waiting list for any days we cannot accommodate initially. Existing parents often change their days throughout the year and more days become available as time goes on. In the 0-3 rooms availability changes from month to month so if you are very flexible and can change your days for a couple of months the chances of a space is much improved. The pre-school room fills up during the year as the children turn 3 years old and tends to reach full capacity by May - August, which limits the days we have available during those months. In order to accommodate as many parents as possible we will need to prioritise Full Days if there is a waiting list for those days.
